When I ordered my triplet the day before yesterday between 9 and 9:30 am, the site indicated that the balls were in stock and therefore a departure the same day for a noon order. I chose an express chronopost delivery at €14.08 for the next day before 1 pm and the package only left yesterday. So I lost €14.08 by choosing express delivery and this is the second time this has happened to me so I am not very happy.

Received on time, but at this price, I was disappointed because the packaging was completely torn and damaged, especially since it was a gift, I couldn't offer it in the packaging.

Quality not extraordinary... I am disappointed. The delivery was on time, which is a positive point, but the product looks already used (marks and dents on the balls, scratches and wear on the packaging). The engraving I requested is barely legible. For a gift, the effect is not great.

Only a cap and a cloth offered after spending €333. Not very commercial. Moreover, my brother bought a pair for €250 and he received a bag and a circle as a gift... not very logical all that.

A bit disappointed by the quality of the petanque kit products. The foldable petanque circle opens difficultly and the ball bag does not close completely (of course, the balls are bigger than the opening and therefore cannot fall...).

Serious site, speed respected, however, review the transport because I paid €18 for a fast delivery to the house which ultimately forces me to go to the relay point because they say impossible to deliver while no one comes to your house, ultimately better to take delivery at the relay point, you save €4 at least you are sure to have it on time

An item delivered not conforming to my order. I called and I have to return the wrong item before the shipment of my ordered item. I obviously regret this because it is a gift that I am giving next Saturday and I will not have my total order to give. Too bad!

Product and delivery times are compliant. However, when I prepared this order, there were 4 gifts (chamoisine, goal, bag, and folding round), by the time I checked the diameter and went back to the site to validate the order, 2 gifts were gone. So, I don't have a bag, which I will go pick up in the store; so this is my last order.

Fast delivery but the balls (delivered in cardboard) arrived with several rust spots on the grooves (on each ball). To avoid returning, nylon brushing with a screwdriver + WD40 lubricant and satisfactory result but I would have preferred to receive them in perfect condition.

I am very unhappy regarding the payment - I had to make 5 orders. At the time of payment I had an error. Even after deleting cookies I had the same error. Had to write to customer service but at no time did anyone call me to take my order by phone. I am really disappointed about that but the rest is fine good presentation for the purchase of balls.

Hello, I wanted diameter 77 and every time I selected 77 in diameter and 690 in weight, it worked. BUT as soon as I clicked on ORDER the site responded that this product is no longer available. and that, on all brands. very disappointed !!!! I finally ordered 76 in diameter
