Hello, the site is very good and functional, the only complaint I could make is the lack of choice for fonts. The one offered is really not pretty.

It's a shame to offer online items that cannot be manufactured (steel supply shortage) however on the phone an advisor (Erwan) ultra professional, very friendly, and excellent advice. So despite my online ordering troubles I am very satisfied to have found the solution thanks to Erwan

The whole process (order, payment, delivery) went well... Except for the duration: for an order placed on August 8, I was only informed 12 days later about the stock shortage...
For the rest: change of the ordered model and delivery, it was within the deadlines...

Good for the delivery time, however your message saying that delivery fees are waived is misleading because I had to pay for home delivery.

Too bad not to have had a colored stopper because wood is not great and a small cloth, the little one would have been happy

I received my order but during payment my loyalty points were not taken into account in the total price but they were indeed deducted. Would it be possible to reassign them to me at least? Thank you.
