Overall satisfied, the site is a bit difficult to navigate for a first order, especially when what you want is not available or not offered. Otherwise, nothing to report. Everything is compliant.

Hello, I ordered a triplet of RCC balls in 74 - 690 personalized. I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery times, really very fast. I had a small visual problem on the site during the personalization of the balls, but a small email sent to Petanque shop and a quick response explaining that everything was good for the engraving. I thank the whole team for their efficiency. I would gladly recommend items.

Maybe the writing would be black or white for better visibility.

Product is perfect, delivered quickly. The only downside is that the engraving shapes requested do not resemble the visual.

I am satisfied with the product but a small downside is the return of the order to its starting point without explanations.

The piece of foam to place the 3 balls is ridiculous! I recovered the one from my old eldera bag, resized it and put it in place.

Apparently beautiful balls, to see during my matches. Disappointed with the quality of the leather pouch.

Great service and delivery time!
What a pity that the engravings are not centered relative to the original grooves of the balls.. for 2 out of 3 balls... So possible but seems like they didn't want to do it well on all 3.

I thought I would receive 1 t-shirt when validating my cart, but I got nothing. However, very good balls and ultra-fast delivery even with engraved balls.

Fast delivery, but the package was not very well wrapped, a bit limited for my taste as the boules were just in a small box that could easily be stolen as it is recognizable!
