The labels I received are very pretty. I ordered labels that stick directly onto clothes, to pack my child's suitcase for a week's school trip. When I got back, almost none of the labels had stuck (they hadn't been washed in the meantime). I'm puzzled, as I've been using these labels for a few years without any particular problems.

I am rather disappointed. The examples showed the stickers on pens. I then ordered 40 of them. Unfortunately, the stickers are much too big for normal thicker pens. I made a complaint. But never received a reply. What a shame!

Excellent service and quick and easy delivery. The labels are easy to apply but I have to say some of them may come off after a while, during washing. It also depends where you stick them. If the label of the clothes is like cotton (Zara kids for example) they might not stay long. It's better to use them on the synthetic ones.
