I ordered 2 personalized bottles and after 2 days of use, my son's bottle cracked at the plastic cap and the cap came off. I contacted the after-sales service to ask them to suggest a solution and have had no response to date... this experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I had recently ordered 2 water bottles, one for a gift the other for my daughter, already second to have one more. Aesthetically they are really wonderful until they fall which unfortunately for children inevitable, the construction remains solid fortunately but the white enamel comes off right after first fall or cracks appear, in fact first time brought to kindergarten fall and unfortunately ruined, same thing happened also to the little friend to whom we had given the gift. Total of the story I don't know how to protect them from falls to have them in excellent condition I think almost impossible but how nervous. Water stays cool, quality stainless steel really.
