We have often ordered from esistmeins and, as always, we are very enthusiastic about the products. For example, we use the thermos bottles on outings and at nursery school. The girls really love their personalized products.

Everything great except for the choice to outsource the shipping service to the post office which does not allow tracking of the delivery. I have placed several orders and most of the times the delivery was fast enough, only once the wait was longer, but always within the 10 day maximum promised.

I bought personalized labels and although the maximum delivery time is 12 business days (between manufacturing 2 days + shipping to Spain 10 days), they arrived in 5 business days just in time before starting the nursery. The customer service responds very fast. I have not tested the product yet but it seems excellent.

Hi Mariana, I am sorry for the confusion, on our website we put Production in 48 hours. Being custom products, they are manufactured after you place the order and this takes at most 48 hours. Shipping can take from 2 to 10 days! We wish you a happy day!
