I selected name stickers with vehicles on so my son would be more willing to have them in his clothes. My 3 year old was disappointed that his stickers then didn't have a picture on as ordered. I don't think I would have paid a premium had I have expected this to happen.

I give them a 5 because they are reliable. But I've been buying labels from them for 6 years and they are of increasingly poor quality. They peel off quite easily! It wasn't like that before. I have labels from 5 years ago that still last, but the new ones, I have to re-iron them constantly if I haven't lost them. The shoe labels, on the other hand, have improved a lot!

This is my fourth order, always everything correct, very nice and durable stickers. My last order was a Christmas order placed on December 8. It arrived and the Christmas window stickers were missing. I contacted them and they informed me that they were out of stock and would send them to me later. It is January 4 and Christmas is over and I am still without the stickers. They could have proactively informed me of the out of stock and offered a refund. Update: I received the stickers on January 12.... Christmas over, they could have offered a refund, some voucher or discount code for the delay, etc. But mostly lack of proactive information from the beginning.
