The stickers are beautiful. But the delivery times are very long, even if you take into account that production takes place in France. My order also got lost in the first shipment. After many back and forth messages with the friendly customer service, I finally received the stickers after another shipment about three and a half weeks after ordering. The messages emphasized that delivery can take up to 8 working days and that you should only make an entry after 10 working days without receipt. No reference is made to this in the order. It simply states that the ordered products will be manufactured and handed over to the post office within 48 hours. I would therefore order elsewhere next time.

I have contacted customer service by email several times who keep asking (via automated responses) if the shipping address is correct, obviously checked several times and it is correct. They ship by untraceable priority mail without taking responsibility for what may happen...at this point I think they misplaced the package. Call center deactivated because saturated with requests. 2 years in a row now I've ordered from Petit-Fernard their clothes tag stickers are just incredible. There's stickers on items that the children have had for 2 years even after constant washing and tumble drying and they've not faded or come off. I have just ordered a new set now for all the children's items for school. They go amazingly on tags of jumpers, coats, jackets, bags, lunch bags, sports bottles (all materials) everything.
