1st order placed a year ago for my daughter's kindergarten start, the clothing labels are very pretty and very durable in the wash, after 1 year of use they are still in place, the same goes for the object and shoe labels, they haven't budged at all!! I also got the snack box which unfortunately arrived cracked at the lid, a photo and a little message to customer service and a few days later a new lid was at my home, very responsive customer service and after 1 year the box is still in perfect condition!! In short, I am so happy with my purchase that we are doing it again for my 2nd child's kindergarten start :) after receiving, still very pleased with the products :) go for it with your eyes closed, amazing products!!
