The package was lost, the company took care to resend it at no extra cost and it arrived fast and perfect. The labels are really simple and beautiful, although they occasionally come off in the wash but I chose for speed and convenience the ones not to be ironed on clothes so even if they do come off the cost is so low that it is worth putting it back on and without any effort. Great!

Positive points: second experience with this site, this time for the new bags! They can be personalized and are of very good quality on delivery. Big downside: I wanted to have them quickly before leaving on vacation, so I took express delivery (max 48h). On the website, the order was prepared in 24 hours, even though it took longer... + delivery time not respected...
