I bought a very pretty personalized water bottle, but it's dangerous because it's not watertight. It emptied into my son's schoolbag and I'm sure (because I've checked it a thousand times with my husband) that it wasn't us who didn't close it properly. I've written to customer service and so far there's been no reply.

Big disappointment, it was the third year I bought them and, to my surprise, the stickers are very bad, it costs a lot to peel them off, some are damaged and no longer stick. If you have changed anything, go back to the old ones. I will not order any more from you. I'm not in the mood to throw money away.
