-Delivery times respected -Labels are inside a small booklet. Each label page is protected by tracing paper. -The labels stick very well and, above all, are of high quality. -sympa stickers given as gifts -possibility of personalizing the labels with different logos, colors and writing (my 5-year-old daughter chose all these parameters, and was very happy with them).

The design is very nice, but we'll have to see how it holds up over time. However, the smallest size for the pencils is too big, different from the photos. A bit disappointed

Very good, except that late on the day before the (good) order I wanted to take the green toiletry bag, but with my mobile phone it was impossible to place the order! So I waited until the next day to place an order via PC, and it was no longer available (a small disappointment). The delivery took much longer than announced, the order was for my daughter who was going away to camp and it arrived after she had left.
