Very meticulous work and a beautiful finish.

The lunch box is great. Spacious, light and with a great design. When one of the rubber bands became discolored, we were sent a new one straight away. The service was very good. Therefore 5 stars!

I have been buying from Petit-Fernand for about 8 years now and it never disappoints me, which is why I buy back my daughters' personalized labels for school and clothing every year. They are beautiful and indestructible.

I put 5 stars because I love the stickers are very nice and I ordered them again because I used them with my older son. The only thing is that with my oldest I ordered the ones that he ironed with the iron and now I ordered stickers that don't need ironing. The only thing is that they all fall off. Maybe I didn't know how to put them on, I don't know if there is a way to put them on or I don't know what I'm doing and it's a shame really! I have read the instructions and I think I am doing the right thing, I have also washed the clothes with hot water in the washing machine I don't know the next time I order them I think I will order the iron on ones again. They stick well and don't peel off in any way. At least I've tried the stickers but I definitely like the iron-on ones better. I will be ordering them soon! I also wanted to thank you for the detail you have had with me, I had a problem with the shipping and you have refunded the shipping costs. Thank you very much! See you soon!

I've used this company in the past always been great but this time my order hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer services twice and no one has helped me, or helped get the order to me.

Very responsive after-sales service. One cap broke in the first week of use and was replaced immediately. Too bad the second cap broke afterwards...

Great everything

I ordered 2 personalized water bottles for my children. The only downside is that the print is already starting to come off on one of the bottles. The white elastic around the stopper doesn't hold and keeps falling into the bottles! They're still pretty bottles though...

I had a problem with the delivery of the product, which was delayed more than it should have been, but as soon as I notified the customer service team attended me wonderfully and gave me a very quick solution. I finally received my labels which are very nice and of good quality. In the end it was worth the wait?

The labels are really cute, very practical and easy to apply to clothes, they've already been through the washing machine several times and it doesn't move the same for labels on objects that have already been through the dishwasher several times! I'd recommend this site, which is very serious and offers super after-sales service (I had a small problem with delivery and carriers, but customer service was very responsive, thank you!)
