Hello I am very satisfied with my order, very good quality. On top of that, their customer service is top notch. I had a reservation because I hadn't received my product on time despite paying extra for a 24-hour delivery, but customer service was very responsive in resolving this problem. Communication is fantastic and the staff are really helpful. The stickers arrived in a little booklet which is super cute and practical. There are additional stickers for the children to play with which I thought was a nice touch. The actual stickers are the perfect size, not too big which means they fit on the clothing label nicely but not small enough to be missed. They attach to the clothing really well and are incredibly durable. Couldn't recommend enough.

I paid 10 euros for fast shipping and didn't receive it on time. Customer service didn't even make a commercial gesture, very little communication. Very disappointing. I won't recommend them again.
