They do not meet the shipping deadlines. I placed an order in August and even though they sent me another package that was supposed to arrive on September 5th at the latest, I am still waiting for that second shipment and NOTHING, it has not arrived. The worst of all is that I send emails to their customer service email to inquire about my order (since they do not do it) and there is little or no response from them. I don't know if they are planning to send me a third shipment now because the tracking of the package is NEGATIVE.

I've ordered previously had no issue, this time around I waited for delivery for nearly a month and didn't receive order after trying to make contact numerous times was offered a re order but again nothing has arrived as of yet. Asked for a full refund, it's been a waste of valuable time!

Accurate and reliable. This is the second time I have purchased from them. This time I was a little disappointed with the printing success, but I probably made the wrong choice of colors. A support chat bot perhaps would be helpful.

There was a slight error with my order however, as soon as I contacted customer services, there was an apology, a discount code and a quick resolution. The response was prompt and polite. Accidents happen, but this was quickly resolved and I would still use the company again. Thank you!
