On-time delivery!

I ordered a set of 30 clothing labels and followed the ironing procedure with the paper. To my great surprise, the label came off half of the garment at 60° in the washing machine, and completely in the dryer. I'm thinking of ordering no more and looking elsewhere.

Quality labels

Delivery in a few days with no problem, but I found half the labels stuck in my son's clothes (about thirty) either in the washing machine or in the dryer. I should point out that all the labels were stuck on the washing label of the clothes. Apart from the fact that they don't stick so well, the biggest problem is the possibility of clogging his washing machine filters. I wouldn't recommend these labels

I have ordered the labels again for my boys because they are easy to wash and the design is simply beautiful

Late dispatch of labels (ordered 11 days before my son's departure for snow class) labels received in letterbox when my son had already left. Not only did I waste money, but I had to find a fallback solution (thanks Amazon).

Happy with the results and the different label formats

The labels are superb and still of the highest quality! But delivery problem order made on the 11th received on the 22nd! Bcp too long .

Not satisfied, product too slow to arrive, I ordered it and it took 2 weeks to arrive, right on the day my daughter left on her trip.

The items ordered are beautiful, well finished and of high quality! I recommend them. If I had to say one small "negative" point, it would be that the delivery time is a bit long.

Easy to order, fast shipping, fair price, simple application. The quality will depend on use.

The labels are very pretty and perfectly match the visuals on the website. However, the iron-on labels are impossible to attach unless the iron is extremely hot (I have a steam iron, so I can't attach the iron-on labels). In this case, only self-adhesive labels are suitable. They hold up relatively well to machine washing.

Order placed but not processed in time ( 48h as indicated) and therefore delayed dispatch. (1 week later) I was not informed and had to call myself to find out the status of my order. Not satisfied with the service.

I needed to receive the adhesive labels in a tight time frame So I took advantage of the express delivery service at a premium cost I found myself waiting over ten days to receive what I ordered

Order placed on January 11th, it's now the 28th and I still haven't received anything.

Received my order late. Bought it for my son's snow class and didn't receive it on time! I won't be able to use it.

The labels are pretty and well represented in a notebook, the only drawback is that I didn't receive the greaseproof paper as indicated on the notebook.

I received my order late. Over two weeks for delivery. This is the second time this has happened!

The labels don't hold despite all the recommendations.

Labels ordered, never received. A disgrace! No email to explain, no refund offered, nothing!

Rather long delivery but the product is of high quality and very attractive. I don't regret my purchase at all.

Very nice labels for objects and garments. Too bad you can't reduce the label length any further. Otherwise very good quality. Very happy with the customizable snack box. Just the little box inside that my 2.5 year old daughter can't open by herself, so we can't use it at the moment.

Less convinced than usual. The joystick seems blurred and the labels cracked a lot when glued...I never had this problem with my previous controls.

Sent to wrong address. Thankfully the person who they delivered it to came to my door to give to me.

After three washes, the labels have peeled off. I'm disappointed with the quality of the product.

Ordered for our daughter's first day of school. The design is great and there's a wide choice of creations. The fusible web holds super well and is very easy to make.

The children's bottles are very pretty. Very disappointed, however, by the caps. Considering the price, it's a shame. I bought one for 8 euros and it broke on the 2nd day in the schoolbag. Too bad

personalized gourd bought for my son in august 2022: the drawings had already peeled off after 1 year, even though it hadn't been cleaned in a dishwasher. after-sales service reply: "we don't know the conditions of use of your gourd, so we can't intervene" personalized gourd bought for my daughter in july 2023: my daughter dropped it after 2 days cracked gourd I put photos of it on their fb publicbations no reply i sent an e-mail to customer service on january 18 here's their reply: "Given that we do not know the conditions of use of your gourd, and that your order was placed well over three months ago, we can not intervene" there should have already known that there was a period of 3 months in view of the various orders made with them, there is no consideration for the customer
