Stickers are great value and really cute however I'm in the UK and it said delivery was 7-14 days and I waited 4 weeks for the stickers to come.

I have bought the stick on clothing labels , have followed the instructions, waited 24h, worn and then washed at 40 degrees and my surprise was half of the labels were removed from the tag, I thought I will spend more money for quality but what a disappointment will not buy again !

I did not like the shipping. Took forever despite sending tracking could not be completed. Please improve.

Export fees from France to Switzerland. ... I was not thinking of spending the 20% of my purchase on this fee, it was not indicated. I won't buy from you again.

The self-adhesive labels are perfect, but the thermo-adhesive labels all came off after the first wash, not so good. They offered to send me new ones and it's exactly the same thing. But I followed the instructions to the letter.

Very large selection, well thought out, practical, quality products. This is not my 1st order. Small downside: the price. The difference between the finished product and the total price. For example, the October promotion advertised 20% off everything. In the end, it covered the cost of delivery. I had the feeling I didn't get any promotion at all, so I was a bit disappointed. It would have been nice to be able to combine the October promotion with the free delivery on minimum orders. Which was 30 (after all)? That said, I recommend it for those who can afford it.

Everything was right from design to delivery, except for the color, which came out much flashier.

Labels very good, pretty package but very disappointed with the delivery it was a day late although I had paid 9 extra because it was urgent to have ordered them on Thursday to receive them on Monday when it was scheduled for Saturday ... my son was able to go to school on Monday with his clothes marked with permanent marker. Excellent products.

I have never received my order. I have complained and have been given another deadline. I was told to contact you again if I did not receive it within that time, but I am still waiting for a response (and it has been almost two months).

The products are good but I paid for quick shipping and received the products after a week

I paid for expedited shipping instead the package arrived to me in unneeded time. I had even sent an email explaining my problem and they replied saying to ask my post office. If I pay for expedited shipping it is because I need it in a short period of time and shipping is not my problem otherwise I would have saved myself that money. The package arrived to me after so many days and I was not even refunded for the inconvenience I had. I will not buy labels from this site again.

Very responsive. Labels received in less than a week. However, despite our diligence in sticking them on with the iron, some labels come off after washing. You have to iron them again, and so on. In short, we have to make do!

Very satisfied with the products purchased. However, the delivery went badly. Chronopost left the parcel on our doorstep without telling us. How did the delivery man get into the building? A mystery? C-MonEtiquette at its best... Chronopost big flop.

I placed an order on August 23rd and I'm still waiting for it... I don't know why you take orders if you can't ship them. Scam!

I've used this company in the past always been great but this time my order hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer services twice and no one has helped me, or helped get the order to me.

I ordered 2 personalized water bottles for my children. The only downside is that the print is already starting to come off on one of the bottles. The white elastic around the stopper doesn't hold and keeps falling into the bottles! They're still pretty bottles though...

I had a problem with the delivery of the product, which was delayed more than it should have been, but as soon as I notified the customer service team attended me wonderfully and gave me a very quick solution. I finally received my labels which are very nice and of good quality. In the end it was worth the wait?

The labels are many,I got the pack of 30 and customized them as I wanted most. Easy to use, they are versatile and I labeled all of my son's school supplies

Perfect product, the labels after 3 years and several washes are as good as new. This time the delivery was delayed even though I had paid for the urgency.

I placed an order that with standard shipping never arrived. I contacted support who kindly re-sent the purchased products with tracking and they arrived after more than 10 days. The shipping is too slow and inadequate. I don't know if I will shop on this site in the future. However, the products received are the same as the photos on the site and well made. But very disappointed with such a long time.

There was a misunderstanding with the shipping but everything was resolved. The labels are very good and very beautiful . You have to reserve them in time because it takes ten days as it is indicated for them to arrive.

I never received the order so I thought it was a scam.

I am always happy with the orders I place. The labels are very nice but the heat seal labels at least fall off in the wash.

They seem good to me...the 'only thing is that they took a while,...I was hoping they would arrive in a shorter time.

They mis-shipped, I got another customer's order at home, but then they apologized and resent the correct order and also provided me with a discount code for a later order.

Positive: I loved the products I bought, both the lunch box and the stickers! Negative: it took too long from my point of view to get the order at home!!!

Shipping was very slow. The quality of the product was not as expected with respect to the price One of the products came battered.

I ordered labels for both my children from this company, one set of the iron on ones and the other the sticker ones. Mine actually arrived after seeing so many comments that theirs didn't and there were no response from the company, so I was pleased! Here's where it became a waste of money…The sticker ones were practically pointless after a hour, peeling off bottles/clothing- may aswell used a sticker out of a sticker book! The iron on ones seemed very sturdy once applied so I was a bit more hopeful for them, unfortunately after 1 wash they are all falling off. Please save your money and don't use this company and fall for their colourful advertising with false positive reviews- they are also deleting all the negative reviews!
