I'm very happy with the gourd, it's top quality and the motifs are well flocked. On the other hand, the plastic on top of the snack box is not quality, and the sticker is clearly visible.

I am pissed off. The labels didn't stick to the pens. I was asked to send photos and was told there was nothing more we could do. The three months are up and therefore I have no right to complain yes and why should I send photos first???? So zero understanding zero insight nothing. Best to order directly elsewhere. Hands off !!!!!!

Also, from a legal point of view, unfortunately we cannot reship items more than three months after the date of the order. So understanding and insight: we refunded 15% of the amount of your order and also sent you a 20% discount code so that you could order new labels that better fit the format of your pens. The gourds are very pretty. However, they're fragile and there's already some color coming off one bottle. And one of the three bottles we received already had some color missing at the bottom. I was a little disappointed with my purchase, as the bottles are rather expensive.

Absolutely inadvisable experience, I placed my order on November 17 and as of today December 23 I still have not received it. I have to say that the customer service has been excellent and fast, they have tried to rectify the incident, without success, and so it seems to me that choosing to order the textile labels on this website is not the best option.

Really nice product in graphics and materials, customizable in many ways, live true to the render. Order processed quickly. It would be nice to be able to customize the front face of the ball as well (e.g. Phrase in Italian) and be able to choose from different ribbons.

I placed an order for labels a month ago and it did not arrive. I claimed the order and they very kindly processed another order at no cost. But the second order has not arrived yet either. When I complained they said it was a problem with the post office. I find it shameful to have to wait more than a month for some simple labels. Next time I will buy from another brand.

Unfortunately, this time they don't live up to their promise.
