Order took a long time to arrive

Order never arrived!!!!!! I have been waiting for more than a month

Very good but there were labels that did not peel off well so it got a little damaged. ( iron on labels )

Ordering and processing were great. Only the production and shipping time was quite long at over 10 days.

Last year the same thing happened the shipping is lousy, the quality of the stickers is good but the shipping is not recommended at all, the stickers will arrive in November.

fast delivery, solid materials, sturdy fastener, I bought a drip box and an easy-open gourd, the drip box is a little hard for a child to open, but I think it will get easier with time.

I'm very happy with the personalized labels. They stick perfectly well even after washing. I had paid 9.50 e for delivery so that they would arrive in 24h, but there was a problem. The delivery was fully refunded. Customer service is very responsive.

This is the second time I have ordered the stickers and I really like them. This time I only give them 4 stars because they took a long time to arrive.

the labels have a variety of colors and small images top, the book-like system for the different labels with integrated instructions super easy to use. and the binder labels for big and small super for all tastes.

I purchased the stickers and they've been brilliant, my children have been back to school about a month now and theyre still stuck to labels after plenty of washes. Also used on daughters school shoes and drink bottle and not budged. Will definitely be ordering more in future and recommend.

The labels are very pretty and practical. My daughter was delighted, but none of the labels held up in the wash. Very disappointing!

Took too long to come and my order was incomplete which took another 2 weeks to arrive which was too late as my son went back to school. Will not order again.

The stickers look really nice, but unfortunately they arrived later than expected. School had already started and so I couldn't put the stickers on the school utensils and clothes. That was a shame. Unfortunately, they don't stick as described. Unfortunately, that was my last purchase here.

Too long delivery time. They do not comply with the periods marked by them. I placed an order on 8/21/08 and today 8/09 it still hasn't arrived. I wrote an email and they have not even answered my questions. I think the delivery time is excessive because I will no longer be able to use it for this course. I do not recommend it

Positive the quality of the labels, as negative that I placed my order in the month of July and just today September 8 I had them in my mailbox. I think they should stop working with the post office or give some alternative mailing option even if you have to pay separately. Correos is not competent and it makes you guys look bad.

Placed an order which took about a week to arrive. Order arrived and had another child's names in the labels (GDPR breach?!?). I emailed instantly and was told they would send a replacement out free of charge, as if they were doing me a favour!!!. The next order also took a week to arrive and arrived after my children had already started back at school and I had had to purchase more labels from another supplier. I have been ordering from Petit-Ferdinand for 5 years and have always highly recommended the company to others. I feel like this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I can't imagine ordering with them again in future or recommending them to others. Such a shame!!!!

Hello, I placed my first order on your site on August 14 to prepare for my son's first day of school, carefully labeling all his clothes. I opted for iron-on labels. In my opinion, this bonding technique made the labels "more resistant". With 3 days to go before the start of the school year, I did the first cleaning and... I found the labels completely unstuck! I had followed the instructions to the letter. So I'm forced to recommend "self-adhesive" labels. I'm extremely disappointed.

Super to apply and fast with the iron but small disappointment 1st clothes washed in machine 1 week later it was completely Sorry! I found it on the window of the washing machine!

My order placed on.17/08 has not arrived.

These labels are really cute and easy to use. I feel like the quality has dropped since I order last time a few months ago. A few have ripped when I tried to take them off the sheet.

I had problems receiving the labels,they never arrived through the mail. Customer service was really nice and attentive,so much so that they sent the labels back at their expense.

About a month after sending, nothing has yet been received ... I understand non-tracking, but the time elapsed is far too exaggerated ...

A little disappointed with the personalized snack box, I thought the printing was directly on the box but it's a sticker stuck on and there was a little air bubble so it wasn't as pretty. Could I have bought a snack box elsewhere and put an object label with the name on it? The labels are nice and high quality.

Good morning, the labels, like many other people, have not arrived and school is about to start. In the ", track shipment" section they write that it has been delivered but nothing has actually arrived.

Did not receive my order 1st time around then 2nd came later than expected and the labels are not sticking at all. The 1st time I ordered I had last year no problems so I used this company again however very disappointed this time round.

Long waiting time for the order. Labels are peeling off after couple of washes. , they look very nice but i would not buy them again.

Hello, delivery took almost 2 weeks, some labels were already in the wash. What a pity

I placed an order on 28/08 and after 7 days it was still in preparation, so I was the one who contacted customer service which still did not solve my problem, I was given a refund and on 6/9 I placed a new order which I hope will be processed and shipped within 48 hours as you had said and written on the website. But as of today it is still being processed. On top of that sure I selected expedited delivery as I would need them by Monday, strangely it turns out to be standard delivery! I hope things can improve

Something has changed in production compared to 2 years ago. The current stickers no longer stick to the pens, on bottles and clothing it's ok. Shipping is ok, not incredibly fast but not very long.

Delivery is awful. Ordered on the 29th aug still not received my labels. Grandson has gone back school. Need to sort out deliveries asap

First order never received, still waiting for the reshipped order and not confident I'll ever receive it! Would like refund.

I can't recommend it, the price may be really attractive, but my order never arrived. Customer service is unwilling to help and subliminally pushes everything away. After a few emails I was supposed to receive a replacement, but this never arrived either. No more for us!

The product has still not arrived. I called and was told they were making a new envío which still waiting.
