I ordered a gourd, a snack box and 30 iron-on labels, and while the gourd and the box are great quality, I'm very, very disappointed with the labels because, despite following the instructions to the letter, I've already got 4 of them peeling off my clothes. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Very good product and nice colors, honestly though I preferred the texture of other years. Now it is really plasticized adhesive, before it looked more like paper...I preferred it. Arrived in 10 days

Good value for money, fast, I like it a lot. The items are too beautiful. The only drawback is that I don't get discounts for every purchase I make (e.g. cumulative points, -5% on the 10th order) like many other sites do. And I don't understand why I can't log in with my password after each order, as if my account was deleted after each purchase, but otherwise I really like this site.

Order never arrived. Not even an apology from you just that I could take it up with Royal Mail if I wanted to, as you don't provide any tracking details, this would be almost impossible. Very poor customer service!!!

The envelope took on water in the letterbox, delivered during my vacations... so the labels warped... Maybe rethink the packaging: one of your competitors, from whom I also ordered labels, uses envelopes with bubble wrap. No problems.
