I never received my order!!! Customer service does not respond to your request Traceability says that the order is delivered when I have nothing in my mailbox . As a result, my daughter is starting school soon without name tags on her things!

Labels arrived as ordered however over the years in my opinion they have lost some quality. The shoe labels were better when there was also the clear part to apply on top for more durability. Also the ones to iron on I preferred the earlier ones.

Amazing labels went back fir more as they lasted so well last time. They have been in the dishwasher and washing machine and still stayed on. Brilliant product.

An order that was supposedly shipped on July 28th and still has not arrived, on top of that the customer service phone number is 902, I think it's terrible, I hope they solve this problem as soon as possible.

Create a system to duplicate old orders without having to repeat the whole process. It is ridiculous that you don't have it and/or it hasn't worked for months.

I placed an order on July 28th and it is now August 18th and I have not received anything. The truth is that the shipping issue is a bit of a disaster. This is the second time I order and the first time I had no problem, sure I will not order more.

Ordered placed on 7th off August, have still not received it. Contacted customer service twice about this and same response saying track it via your tracking number for Royal Mail. There dispatched email previoualy stated it was posted as standard letter via Royal mail "not tracked", so it doesn't have a tracking number. Poor customer service and have still not received order.

We are facing high demands at the moment and all requests will first be answered by the means of an automated email, prior to being answered by a physical person. Purchase of personalized water bottles which arrived very quickly. The designs and personalization were very well done and much appreciated by the children. However, opening is a bit difficult even for 5 and 7 year olds and as soon as the cap is removed, it often comes off, which is a shame. Also, the design on one of the bottles has already faded a little after just 1 week's use, so I'm really disappointed on that score.

really good washed once 24hrs after applying them and they stayed on.. although I like placing one on the back under the collar (on white shirts) but unfortunately they came off in the wash so think it's best placed on the size label

I placed an order and after waiting a month I complained that they did not arrive. They sent it to me again and then when I thought they were lost, they arrived again. Great customer service, but the shipping...the rest is ok.
