Hello, I am satisfied with the personalized snack box but disappointed with the small personalized blue silicone cup because the name and the design engraved on the cup have no color and are therefore almost invisible: it's a shame!

The labels are perfect as usual, but I am very disappointed with the water bottle I got for my daughter which is not waterproof at all! Water leaks from the cap screw as soon as the bottle is not upright, and in a child's bag, this is not practical at all!

Nothing to say about the merchandise but I paid an extra fee for fast delivery, I was told it would arrive by November 11 at the latest, my daughter was leaving for green classes on November 12; that's why I ordered there.. and my package arrived at the pickup point on November 12 during the day, so too late...
