I've been a customer for many years, but in recent months the quality of iron-on labels has changed, and not for the better. The print is less sharp, coarser, more pixelated and less elegant, but also the quality of the backing is really less good, thinner, more plasticized, the label melts on the fabric losing its shape, it "dislocates" and drools. When I placed my second-to-last order, I thought it was a serial problem. I didn't want to make a complaint, as I'd already had to do one for a gourd (and the after-sales service had done a good job on that one), I didn't want to act like a never-satisfied customer, so I made do with these labels, which I was moderately satisfied with, hoping that it would be better with my future orders (with 3 children, I use a lot of labels). But with my new and latest order, I see that it wasn't just a serial defect, but a change in quality. So I don't think I'll be ordering again, as the result on the clothes is really unfortunate. It's a pity, because up to now I've been more than satisfied!

Good product except that after several washes it comes unstuck.

Order was dispatched 11 days ago still no sign. Contacted them and they have offered a refund or send again. I've opted for refund as I need it before school starts soon so will have to go elsewhere, its a shame as they had good reviews for quality.

I ordered two gourds and loved them. I would recommend them. However I am very disappointed with the labels, too small and poorly explained for the order I will not repurchase. For these I'm not happy at all.

The labels I ordered are great. They stick really well to the textiles. Delivery took a little longer, but it was still okay.

The label doesn't hold much after ironing and hangs on the net for more than 10 seconds, but after 1 wash it's completely gone! Very disappointed considering the price and time spent! Would not recommend

First order not received. I wrote to customer service who immediately sent a new shipment at their expense. The labels are very pretty and stick very well. Satisfied with my purchase, I recommend it.

I thought I'd get the labels in grey and the writing in white, but it's the other way round. I find it difficult to know which color to select. The names of the colors are not indicated. I'll do with those this time.

The order says delivered and I.bo have received nothing, I try to contact them and they only send satisfaction surveys or delivery periods.

As I haven't received my order yet, I can't really give my opinion. Is it being delivered?

Still waiting for product to be delivered a month from ordering

Very satisfied with my order, which arrived fairly quickly. I would have liked more fonts but otherwise perfect. I order every year for my daughter.

I always make more stickers for co''vosotros clothing, but it always takes too long to arrive. Otherwise everything is fine.

I am still waiting for the order, since July 27th and I have placed the order, in the status it says that it has been delivered and here I have not received anything, my daughter is about to start school and I still don't have the stickers!

Parcel received in less than 2 weeks. I took a pack for the nursery to which I added labels for objects. The shoe labels are great, too bad there aren't many in the pack. The labels stick perfectly well on a smooth surface, but some are the wrong shape or length and form air bubbles, for example the object labels on a water bottle. Also, none of the labels are suitable for a pacifier or its attachment, so I had to cut them out. If you're the sort of person who removes the original labels from clothes, you won't be able to stick on clothing labels. Nevertheless, I'd recommend them. It's practical and quick for everyone, whether parents, children or the staff who look after your children during the day.

We ordered the labels before leaving on vacation. They arrived while we were away. When we got home, we discovered that they didn't have the unicorns we wanted to go with the child's name.

The name stickers are very high quality, stick well and look very nice.

Very bad delivery time

Hello, I've been ordering products from you for years now and I'm always satisfied. But there were 2 downsides to the last order: - the "thin" 1-line labels, with no design, seem to be of poorer quality than in previous years, less solid and less thick. - concerning the sandwich box accessories, it's good to be able to find/change the fasteners, but they're impossible to fit together... any ideas? It's also a shame not to be able to use the same colors as before... it makes for some strange color mixes... Thanks

Delivery is too long and not specific enough. 3-10 business days. I would pay more for next day or a few days delivery. I love the labels and have ordered more but now have to wait another potential 10 business days.

Satisfied with the labels only small reproach the dimensions are not clear (my labels objects are too large I did not find the mini ??) Otherwise I recommend, very serious! Thank you

I placed a first order and it didn't arrive and they sent me a new one and it hasn't arrived either.

Incomplete order. Complained to customer service three times. After 10 days still nothing. Claim made on paypal. I do not recommend I will order elsewhere
