I can only give 1 star as i still have not received my order. I contacted your team and got an standard response to say it had been shipped. Its been nearly 2 months since i paid for my order. Very dissapointed as i have used 3 other times in past will have to go elswhere from now on.

I purchased the labels because they were guaranteed to be shipped by July 22, instead they arrived on the 24th after I no longer needed them

Very nice labels and fast delivery. On the other hand, it's very difficult to peel off the small labels (mini format) to stick on objects. No problem with other formats, but this one is a real pain. I had the same problem last year. It's a pity, because it wastes time and is a bit discouraging.

I did not receive my order, it was my fourth order and I was very satisfied so far with the quality and design of the labels. But I wrote to customer service to say that I have not received the order I placed on 11/07 I receive a satisfaction survey with this message: Merci encore de nous avoir contactés! N'hésitez pas à nous donner votre avis ci-dessous. That is to say that it is either an automatic message and no one reads the messages or they have very bad customer service. On 07/13 I received the last message from petit fernand saying that my order had been shipped. When tracking it says order delivered, but it never arrived to my mailbox or to my door.

The self-adhesive labels for clothes and objects are perfect! They hold up in every wash ;-) On the other hand, the iron-on labels from my previous order don't hold up at all :-( they come off after the 1st wash :-(

Amazing! Quality of the products is brilliant and I absolutely loved the little book the iron on name tags were held in along with pages of rip out sheets of heat proof paper. Makes it a lot easier to store the book away for the next use.

I've been getting labels from you for 5 years but with the previous order I encountered a problem. the adhesive clothing labels hardly came off the envelope you sent , it took minutes before I could do it and when I could it all remained ruined and folded. still I redo the order giving you confidence. hope for the best
