I ordered the kindergarten pack for my niece. Nothing to say about the labels. They are great. I had already ordered them for my daughter 1 year ago and they are great for both her clothes and school stuff. The only little problem (this time) is that the pack of labels arrived in a "silly" paper envelope. The letter carrier dropped it off on a rainy day, so everything got wet. Fortunately, the labels weren't too badly damaged. Perhaps we could rethink the way we send them, with a different type of envelope.

The site is easy to use and pay for. It's quick to create a label and very easy to customize. The format corresponds to my expectations. The labels are easy to use. The only downside, and it's a big one when it comes to the labels you put on your clothes, is that they don't wash well. They peel right off after the first wash!

I'm very happy with the wide choice of products, the ease of personalization, the quality of the labels and the delivery times. However, I'm a little disappointed with the self-adhesive labels for clothing labels with 1 line, as the font is really very small. Great labels, the booklet is really practical and the little extra stickers are great for kids. Delivery a little long for my taste and some of the labels come off from time to time.

Poor quality labels, they crack when ironed, and peel off even before the first wash. False information that they can withstand up to 90° degrees in the washing machine, as they peel off even before the garment gets wet. Not recommended at all! I have asked them for a refund of my order, and they will send me others, which will be just as bad as the ones I received.

The personalized gourd I picked up for my son is the envy of many, it's top notch. The self-adhesive labels I took for clothes and objects are superb, but I've had some peeling off. I applied the stickers to the recommended surfaces (clothing labels, not the material of the garment) and put them in the washing machine 24 hours after sticking them, but they didn't all stick. As for the labels on objects, I'll have to see if they hold up after several washes in the dishwasher, but for the time being, they seem to be holding up? in short, I can't complain, it's a good buy.
