Delivery takes almost 15 days

The product is perfect, please change the shipping company. My letter was not in the mailbox, it was lying on the floor. The address was correct

Sticky, "branded" or "care advice" labels don't stick and wash off in the 1st wash. Very disappointed

The products are great, unfortunately something is wrong with sending email communications so I have not received any confirmation of my order ne's to receive a reset of my password to access the site. The approval questionnaire arrived, so it's not an email address problem.

It took quite a long time for the shipment to arrive but it was fine.

Unfortunately the delivery took a very long time and I had to ask twice where my order was. I'm still very unsure whether the iron-on name labels will hold. I am pleased that a 2nd replacement delivery was made today - as a gesture of goodwill?

The thermo adhesive stickers have mostly peeled off after washing the clothes in the washing machine. The others are still in place.

I have purchased your object labels several times before, but this time I have difficulty removing the labels, more than one does not come off the backing well and the adhesive part remains attached which you can remove later.

I've been a customer for about three years, and in mid-December I placed an order for labels. Since I still hadn't received anything in January, I sent an e-mail to find out what had happened, and they suggested that I see if my neighbors and friends hadn't received my order (a simple envelope, not a parcel). According to the site, it would have come from the post office...... And of course, unfortunately for me, I still haven't received anything!!!!

I love self-adhesive labels for clothes but I find that some don't stick enough and I sometimes find them in the machine .

The stickers are already usable. But there's far too much garbage around them: stapled with an envelope, space between the stickers and additional stickers that nobody needs.

Clear and easy-to-apply labels

Good quality but expensive

I thought they were fabric labels, but they're plastic. I'm a bit skeptical about the length of time, so I'll see how long it takes.

Labels received quickly, as described. The colors and patterns are very pretty. However, they don't stick to certain garments, despite the fact that you leave the iron on longer, and they end up peeling off quickly. I still recommend them, I'm very happy with them.

Hello, last time I ordered labels for 3 different children, as a gift, and I received all 3 in the same booklet. I made photocopies of the instructions for the 3 moms, and detached the 3 packages, which was not presentable. Too bad

Last minute Christmas shopping arrived on time but follow-up was approximate (probably related to the period). Products received were of very good quality (as usual) but I was disappointed by the size of the large gift bags.

I ordered two personalized Goudes 6 months ago. The drawings don't hold, the first names fade and one arrived with part of the drawing already damaged. I'm disappointed with the quality and price. At the price of personalization I thought at least to have quality and it is not the case. I'm disappointed with this purchase.

Great, they hold up well in the washing machine and are quick to put on.

Unfortunately, the new labels for objects (pencils specifically) no longer stick like the ones I used to take come right off.

Very long wait times. Little clarity on shipping: free for my order (let's be clear, of 60E) but by regular mail and no tracking. From order to receipt took 20 days. For these prices they should provide fast shipping with tracking and free, like other sites

Good reactivity following my complaint about defects: lack and defective material. Quick return of these items but the replaced lunch box lid is the wrong color.

My order did not arrive, they sent another one and I called to get it sorted out. I placed the order on December 10th and it arrived on January 3rd.

3 gourds ordered, one of which had an indentation on receipt... what a shame! Mail sent but no reply...

Labels peel off in first wash

I am so disappointed with my labels this year. With four children I have used this company for years for my labels. However, the iron-on labels have changed since my last purchase. Despite following the updated instructions, all my labels have come off within three washes. Previously they have been indestructible and stayed on all year through weekly washing and tumble drying. I also wrote an e-mail with feedback but sadly received no response. I unfortunately be looking for a new provider due to the reduced quality.

Labels bought for 5 children, two of them for Christmas presents! The joy of the children when they discovered the pretty labels. The patience of having to wait 48 hours to be able to use the garment, then the big disappointment and tears when the princess labels didn't fit on the clothes! I already found the sale misleading because you have to stick the label on the label of the garment and not on the garment itself, but on top of that, it doesn't fit!!!! Big disappointment and I don't recommend it at all! It's a shame because I'm a foster parent, so I very, very regularly buy labels from a competitor. I wanted to change because the children had seen some nice designs and well, a waste of money!!!!
