Hello, I've been a customer for several years and everything has always gone well, except this time when a month later my order still hasn't arrived. I've called and sent several messages with no reply or without managing to reach anyone. I'm very surprised at the sharp drop in service quality.

Petit-Fernand has excellent aesthetic taste, and the online booking service is easy to use, intuitive, and beautiful to look at. I ordered a number of labels for clothes and objects. I chose the background, colors, fonts, and designs. The labels that iron on fabrics hold up well, even to repeated washings. Only flaw to report: the printing graphics could be slightly improved, as they look a bit grainy.

Valid adhesive and thermoadhesive labels for personalizing items. Very nice patterns and rendering of customized products. Competitive prices. On-time shipping.

This year's narrow and long version labels have found poor adhesion on crayons and markers . They lift over the entire length. A real shame!

The stickers are very nice and hold well. However, this time the stickers are difficult to remove and get unsightly creases/cracks.

Labels come off both fabric and object labels, I was sent the wrong water bottle cap and when I asked for an explanation I was told it will arrive

My order never arrived!

I have been buying these labels for 3 years already and they are a good product, but not perfect because I have had them come off, especially the ones for clothes despite having followed the given procedure. The company is serious because once I exposed the problem, they promptly sent me back more labels free of charge, unfortunately, however, the problem recurred.

They take longer than stipulated and the product is very good, I am delighted and my children even more so.

We ordered items one of which had a missing piece We sent notification to customer service but no response.

The order never arrived. I was offered a resubmission, I hope not to have a second disappointment.

I would give 5 stars because the products are really original and quality, but one star was taken off because of the price, which seems a bit excessive.

Did not receive the goods and no feedback from customer service. Can only advise against ordering here. Too bad, hope I get my money back.

I HAVE ALWAYS BUYED FROM THEM WITH NO MAJOR PROBLEMS, ONCE IT HAPPENED TO ME THAT THE LABELS WOULD NOT REMOVE FROM THE SHEET AND THEY SENT THEM BACK TO ME, THIS YEAR IN ADDITION TO THE DELAY NOT ADDUCIBLE TO THEIR IMAGE , THE ADHERENCE OF THE LABELS ON THE COLORS LEAVES TO DESIRE .

The labels look very nice but don't last two washes. It's a shame, because they don't last long when used to mark clothes and are unfortunately not worth the very reasonable price. However, they stick very well (so far and for the last 4 weeks) on flat items and items that are less exposed to wear and tear or do not need to be washed. They can therefore be recommended. I can recommend them less for clothing. Therefore only 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Unfortunately very small so shitty that you can hardly read names. Unfortunately, they didn't last long either... they look cute in themselves, so it's a shame that they didn't last properly with us

I have brought from you for years for my daughters school uniform and this year they iron on labels have came off after 2 washes! I emailed but was told because I purchased them in July there is nothing you can do! Disappointed and won't be purchasing from you again.

Always a little long delivery, not cheap, but durable.

The quality of iron-on garment labels has declined dramatically.

Helpfulness on the part of customer service in resolving shipping issues

Slow in delivery and, most importantly, labels that come off after just one wash (I used the thermo-adhesive one for clothes)!

Unfortunately, the purchased labels have not arrived to me and I cannot review it. I am sorry since I have been buying from your site for years and it had never happened.

Perfect in every way...except delivery.... Although I was already aware of the time it took to receive them (which was fine), it took even longer...thus delaying the delivery of the school supplies.

This time I was very disappointed! I ordered the labels on September 2 I received them wrong (alas yes with another baby's name) and to this day I still haven't received the right ones!!!

Very nice thermoadhesive labels!!! I've already had some come off but it could be my fault too

1) late delivery, school started, beyond the time specified on the order. Personalized name labels, therefore, unused 2) one piece paid for but missing, in replacement sent alternate piece. Notice that I would receive the one ordered "in September" but still no sign. Nice thought sending replacement piece to buffer but now a month later I would like to receive the one ordered. 3) in ordering replacement parts for the snack holder purchased last year color no longer available, I had to buy two of a different color so they wouldn't be too conspicuous 4) both water bottle and snack holder broken on first fall, being accessories for a 5 year old should have different strength

The labels are perfect, unfortunately, however, it took a long time for them to arrive, I was asked to provide proof of payment made by bank transfer, with only the date they could not find it.

Unfortunately, I have not received the labels I have already paid for. Order was placed a month ago on 30.08.22. Customer service cannot be reached by email or telephone for several days.

Order placed on 30/08. Shipment left on 01/09. To date (28/09) no word on the package is all they can say from customer service is check the mailbox or ask neighbors Absurd
