I placed an order for 30 euros to be delivered in Luxembourg. I never received the products I ordered. I contacted customer service who asked me to check with the neighbors to see if the package had been delivered to them. I checked with all the neighbors but to no avail. No one had seen it. I then informed the company, which didn't get back to me. I paid for an order that I never received and no refund was offered. Very disappointing experience.

Hello, I never received my order. After August 29, 2022 it is now September 21 and I have never received anything. Customer service has never helped me! This site is pathetic and there is no way to contact someone directly, their phone line is closed at the moment. Very unhappy, after washing the clothes for the first time they all came off, even after following the care instructions. On contacting customer service, I was told nothing they can do because I ordered in June! The kids have only just gone back to school!!! Very expensive and completely useless.
