Very disappointed with the after-sales service!!! I have received the products certainly quality unfortunately I am missing a product in my order I called several times in vain! No answer. I sent an e-mail to no avail and got an automatic reply saying that an answer was forthcoming. I've lost about 10 in my order. It was my first order and I'd think twice about it now.

I haven't received the order, nor any delivery notice, and customer service gives a generic message without specifying whether the order is traceable, what recourse they have, what they could do, or where our parcel is.... even though it was ordered by recorded delivery. I bought the sticker ones not the iron on, followed instructions washed their school stuff at 30 degrees and they came off in the wash. Not happy at all with this product. The stickers look nice but a total waste of money.
