Some of the labels come off after the first wash, so I probably didn't follow the instructions properly.

Hi Daniele, We're very sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your labels. It's not normal for them to come off if the instructions have been followed correctly. You'll need to program your iron to 200°C (cotton/linen setting, no steam) and wait a few minutes before use. The labels are applied directly to the fabric. Caution: avoid elastic areas and seams. Lovely labels and really good quality I've never bought from this company but I'm impressed and will definitely use them again . Lots of lovely designs and fonts too . Definitely recommend!

The labels are nice however 2 orders from them, 2 incomplete... They send back what is missing but no commercial gesture for the loss of time... Once it can happen, 2 times it starts to happen when it's an urgent order, I took care of it in advance but here... I won't order a 3rd time!

I've been ordering pencil labels from you for 3 years now, and I've been happy with them. My order never arrived, after chasing it up, they said they had the wrong address, I had paid through PayPal so they did have my full correct address. Luckily I got a full refund via PayPal A disappointing experience with this company
