Hello, I'm extremely disappointed and angry that the labels have rubbed off on my daughter's new clothes. It's unacceptable that labels that are supposed to be machine-safe should ruin clothes. Best regards.

Hello, I have always ordered from your site, my son has been going to camp for years and I regularly pass on your contact details to others if necessary. I must confess I'm a bit disappointed because the latest labels I bought come off in the first wash. Perhaps you have a solution or tip to avoid this? Thank you

Good labels, do not come off the clothes when washed, and if you want to take them off they do not leave residue on the clothes. Good price, and very fast delivery. I have already placed 4 orders with them, I recommend it.Stickers for objects are also well

I received labels from another customer. Customer service is returning the order. My son is going to camp, so I probably won't have time to use the labels.

I have not received the order, and I don't know if they will send me the order again or not because they have not answered me.

I would expect a customer service based in Bordeaux to be someone who speaks French well enough so that we wouldn't have trouble understanding each other. Don't put it on your website, then!

I picked up a notebook with lots of different labels, as well as the water bottle and lunchbox for my little one's first day back at school! Very pretty! And fast shipping??

I have not received the order nor have I heard anything about it.

Unfortunately, no agreement has yet been reached. Money for ordered goods was deducted from my account on 3.6.22. Would not have been received until today. I wrote an email saying that the goods had not yet arrived, this was at the beginning of the week. Only the should be delivered in mailbox. Should ask neighbors. But definitely nothing arrived. I am very disappointed with the handling. As I had confirmed that nothing had been delivered anywhere. Then there was no reply

Disappointing product. Followed the instructions right next to it, but when I washed it came unstuck and didn't hold.

I ordered them a first and second time. They take forever to arrive. But they look good aesthetically, so hopefully they will last in the washes and dryer

I find the labels impractical, they don't stick well, so yes of course it says to stick on the garment label, but with the size of the labels it's difficult to do so. In short, I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.

Hello the labels are good quality but just the shipping and a little late I received 1 month later.

Cheap tacky plastic stickers Not worth the £12 paid , Then I get a phone call asking my problem although stated here , when requesting a goodwill refund I'm told to send back at my own expense, so awful merchandise and awful customer service!

I ordered a customized bottle and lunch box. The sealing ring on the bottle is bent, so it doesn't do its job. The personalized label on the lunch box has multiple bubbles that will eventually peel off...a pity because the quality of the bottle and lunch box looks good. I have complained and am waiting for a reply.

We ordered the stickers for our daughter's clothes again, we like them. Unfortunately, the page had hung up several times in the browser on the PC, the quantities were not transferred to the shopping cart at first, when we opened a new tab several hundred were stored in the shopping cart. Unfortunately, that was very annoying. Then we couldn't add other stickers properly, only again via new tabs.

Fast and efficient. The labels are attractive and stay on the clothes even after washing.

Lovely labels, I have ordered a few times now. Can be a little difficult to peel off the paper but I will definitely order again.

Shipping was fast. The labels arrive in a cute little block but can be improved...both the thermo-adhesive ones and the regular labels for the items!

Hello, in 2013 I ordered a set of special summer camp labels and was delighted. This year, I ordered a kit again, but I find that it doesn't really meet my needs. It would be nice to be able to choose the contents of the kit according to the age of the child and the length of the stay. My daughter is going away for 3 weeks, and she's 12, so she needs more clothing and footwear labels than are included in the kit. On the other hand, the kit offers too many object labels. What's more, I had a major problem with the sticky clothing labels coming unstuck! I've filed a customer service complaint, but so far there's been no response. So I'm going to have to buy iron-on to mark the rest of the clothes, even though it's much less attractive than these colorful, customizable labels. At 32 euros per kit, I thought I'd be able to mark everything, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.

The labels arrived quickly and look really nice. Sticking them on was child's play. They survived the first round in the washing machine (40°C) and tumble dryer completely unscathed. I can't say anything about the long-term durability yet. I would buy them again.

the labels are always top-notch. excellent quality. This time we ordered birthday invitations. I was a little disappointed. The envelopes had to be folded and closed with a little glue and the little fox I found really small. 2cm more wouldn't have hurt him. The personalized MUG is a very nice idea. We'll have to see over time how the texts react to use.
