Great this is our third order

Very good Good quality

Disappointed with my first order two years ago. The labels peeled off quickly. I still dared to recommend them? no more worries this time! Top, speed, color, design, installation and resistance correct.

Address error? I never received my order. It was supposed to be returned but never was! Very disappointed

I really like the water bottles. Pretty, no taste in the water and it stays fresh. I bought 2 two years ago and they are still in good condition. The only downside is the caps. They're really fragile and I've had to buy new ones several times. I recently bought 2 more "can" size bottles, this time thinking that the stoppers would be stronger. But unfortunately this wasn't the case, and after 1 month the stopper didn't hold either. I'm a bit disappointed because I really like this brand.

It's good, but doesn't stick well enough to clothes or other objects.

I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but I can say: -Fast, easy service. On-time shipping and delivery. -Sending in a kind of notebook that allows easy filing, avoids losses and is very clear. -Conforms to the order placed on the website.

Quick delivery, very practical notebook. Only downside: the labels don't wash very well. On the other hand, they're great on objects! Even after sterilization, they hold very well. The designs are really nice and varied! I'm glad they exist!

Perfect adhesive labels for objects: resistant to various hand washes and dishwashers. Iron-on labels peel off more than half the time. Suitable for ironing and smoothing. On ironed clothes, not ironed. On cotton, on clothing labels. Very disappointed by these labels. I don't know how to get them to stay on without having to spend all day on them. Very nice design and fast delivery.

The labels on the Giotto crayons do not adhere well and in putting them on and taking them off the 'case they come off, I am not satisfied.

The stickers are great. They adhere very well to objects and to clothing or shoes. Unfortunately, I find them just a little bit too small. They should almost be a little bigger. Nevertheless, I think the adhesion and quality are great.

Several options can be used to improve service quality

Very fast shipping. I had trouble sticking the labels on because I have a central steamer that adjusts the temperature according to the fabric. So it was difficult to follow the instructions.

Order takes too long to arrive... the 48 hour delivery time is not respected and if you want something faster you have to pay excessively! Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

Highly recommended. I have been using them for years.

The protective film for the shoe labels was missing.

I received the stickers, they look very nice even though I haven't used them yet, the printing and the colors with the designs are beautiful.

We used to receive the labels within 3 days, so I made an order for my son to have all his excrement nominated for his 5 day school trip. But I had to write everything down in marker because my order was not delivered after 7 days at home...if I had known....

I have always purchased from Petit Fernand ,from thermoadhesive labels x clothing, to labels x items. Simply awesome!!! Kind, polite and efficient customer service. X me the numbers 1!!!!

Very nice, very pretty labels

Practical labels for everything and with a variety of label design options

During the purchase process the payment is made with paypal but the company does not complete the purchase. An error appears on their website and the order is not registered but the amount is charged to paypal. Contact with the company which does not respond, because despite being a website no one works on weekends. Curiously after claiming in paypal I receive an email in which they inform me that I have the products in the cart and that if I want them to PAY AGAIN. A scam and a total lack of customer service. PayPal at the moment is not responsible and does not allow me to claim the amount. I will return the receipts and they will explain me where is the order number and the merchandise.

I have been ordering my children's labels from Petitfernand for years. For some time now I have seen that they have lost quality, the heat adhesive labels peel off easily. Even if you follow the instructions for use that come in the document. On the other hand, the object labels are going great.

I received the labels quickly and exactly as on the website! However, I stuck the labels on following the instructions and after 2 washes most of them had peeled off! My children are going to camp for 10 days and I'm afraid it won't last!

Really pretty, lovely choice of styles. About a quarter of my pack doesn't actually work that well unfortunately, the clothing labels have come off in the wash. The item labels on plastic bottles seem to work much better. I'd probably look around for another brand for the clothing labels next time.

Nice and very safe and fast site but they come off at the first wash , I was warned by other moms but I was stubborn .. anyway I took a few for this reason and I would not take back more

Labels don't stick!!!

About a month after ordering, I have not received what I ordered nor any communication about the shipment.
