I placed an order for which part is not compliant. I ordered a stamp to be engraved with lowercase for the first name and uppercase for the last name. I received everything written in uppercase. Customer service is unable to change the font, so I had to resign myself to accept the order as it is. I am obviously disappointed knowing that the stamp costs €30.

The snack box I ordered is not great, the customization on it is a poorly stuck film. The customer service, however very efficient, sent me another box but it was also poorly stuck. I am not happy unlike the labels I had bought previously. The ones I received require an iron to stick them on, whereas this was not specified at all in the description. I have better things to do; I simply wanted labels to stick on. Moreover, with the iron, the labels are impossible to remove, so I won't be able to resell my children's clothes as I used to... a waste of time and money. I am not happy at all.
