Excellent customer service, unbeatable. I did not receive the first order and they solved it immediately. The failure was with the Seur delivery that I did not get the order. It is not the first time that this has happened to me with this delivery company in my area.

Arrived more than 1 week late when it said 2-3 days.

On the whole I like all the items I order except the bento where I am really disappointed by the quality of this one. The flocking is really very badly done (bubbles, sticky hairs, a real horror for a child's box).

A good experience..I waited almost a month to get my order

I did not receive the order for the start of school despite the fact that I placed the order at the end of August. In spite of this the very friendly operator made me send it again.

The labels are very nice and functional, the only thing the ordinary shipping arrived later than the expected time.

It's all very pretty, but the writing on the gourd of my daughter's first name has already partially faded after 2 weeks. What a shame...

Unfortunately, although the labels they sell are nice and well made, the company and the structure in charge of shipping and customer contact leaves a lot to be desired. This is not the first time I buy from Petit Fernand. already last year the first order did not reach its destination. I had to write to get a new shipment. This year the same story. It just so happens that the first order turns out to be lost with the courier and like last year, it will never even arrive late to its destination. Very bad customer service that despite my reports did not take charge of the delay and inconvenience (school labels bought in August and arrived when school started already three weeks ago!). Given the very bad experience for two consecutive years I will not buy from this company again. If you are unable to handle a shipment to Italy do not advertise your products in Italy!

Very good as always the labels that I have been ordering for 8 years, but this time they took 15 days to arrive.

The stickers took a long time to arrive, as sent from France, which wasn't made clear. They do not actually seem to work and fall off in the wash. They are also badly perforated, so almost impossible to remove from the sticker sheet in the first place. I give this 2 stars as they are actually pretty cute stickers, just useless. I would not buy from this company again.

We bought some labels and stickers for the beginning of the school year for our daughter, they arrived late and the envelope was torn and empty. We informed you of what happened and you sent them again, they arrived on Saturday afternoon and the envelope had scratches and some of the pages were wrinkled. We will sincerely consider ordering from you again. Thank you

This is the third time I have ordered the name labels and I am very happy with them, only the last delivery took three weeks to arrive.

Lovely design of stickers, huge selection. I followed the ironing instructions completely and on first wash some fell off. Quite disappointing for the price of the product

Shipping too slow

Labels were very nice but delivery was extremely slow.

I like the stickers, they work well but I ordered at the end of the back to school rush and I think the cutting machine needed it's blades sharpened because they weren't quite cut through.

Far too long production time and away from France. It took two weeks for a few name stickers.

They come off in the wash. Useless

Order never arrived as it was only sent in a letter. However, when I made a complaint, I at least received a credit note immediately.

Excellent stickers for clothes and bottles etc. amazing packaging as all the stickers are kept in one booklet.

Order never arrived and there was no apology or update, just a rather long wait until I finally asked for a refund.

I have been very unhappy for more than a month for my order to arrive, I needed it for the beginning of the school year but it has not arrived yet.

I don't recommend this site, the labels come off after machine washing, I'm very disappointed with my order.

Order arrived 3 weeks later, reported delivered as early as a couple of days before arrival.

I paid to have it delivered express, and it arrived 6 days later.

I did not receive my order and I have reported it to customer services without return .... very disappointed, I will no longer order on this site.

They are printed quite well but there must have been in my case a manufacturing error because they come off so badly! Some are not even pre-cut

This isn't the first time I've ordered labels for my son's clothes that we put on with the iron, I've ordered a large number, I look carefully at the clothes that match, as usual, but this time it's poor quality, I've also respected the pressure time, waiting before washing, but this time, nothing good. I've even washed some of my clothes twice, but nothing holds after washing. I'll order from someone else next time, because I've lost about 40 euros.

Great product, I've used before and they don't come off. I would have given 5 stars but the item didn't arrive. However customer service was great. It just meant I didn't get them in time for when I needed them. Would use again.

Practical water bottle, but my 3-year-old daughter can't open it, as it's too hard and therefore not suitable for this age. Too bad

The first mailing was not successful but after contacting you by email immediately you scheduled a second mailing which arrived quickly. I am very satisfied with it.

Quality of the labels is very good , it took a while for the delivery of the order (10 days) I wrote to customer care to report that I had not received anything , they replied immediately saying that they would send me a new order, then the next day I received the original order and everything was resolved .They are very helpful.

The color you see on the website is deceptive! It looks orange, when the water bottle arrives it looks pink
