I am disappointed because a friend spoke to me and I was happy to order but the order arrived much later than expected, I ordered mainly for the so-called speed but sincerely disappointed. The labels are pretty and useful

The labels are very nice and easy to attach. I can't give 5 stars as Petit Ferdinand uses a delivery system through unreliable points instead of sending to homes. I had a bad experience with the delivery point closest to my home, which I have had to report even to the police. Please make home deliveries at no additional cost.

This site is not even worth one star. I ordered for the second time because I thought it would go well like the first time. Now this time I had a very bad experience. I ordered adhesive labels that were supposed to arrive within 3-10 working days by normal standard letter, then they were supposedly produced again and sent out again by standard letter and I didn't receive them again. For me it is very strange alone that a normal standard letter takes 3-10 working days and with german post if you hack 1-3 working days it means ... well that was the very last time I paid thank god via paypal and thus got my money back.

Hello, thank you for your review. We sent your order to production a second time on September 10th at our expense. As you can see on your order confirmation, you have chosen the standard delivery. Since production takes 48 hours, your order was shipped on September 11th, less than 48 hours. If you allow 10 working days for delivery, your order should arrive on September 23rd at the latest. As you have requested a refund via Paypal, you will probably receive a free order. I am disappointed with my order. The site is not clear enough when we place an order for the 1st time. I wanted to order labels to stick on the garments, not on the labels already present on the garment! There's no personal interest in ordering personalized labels to stick on a label! I might as well mark the first name directly on the garment label! I've wasted 20 euros and ended up with 100 unusable labels, since they're supposed to be put on a label!

The website advertises that name labels will be produced within 48 hours. It is now day 10 and there is no sign of the labels. Supposedly they have already been delivered. My children's school supplies were not labeled for days. I then ordered elsewhere. Refund at EsistMeins = no reply. NEVER AGAIN

a little disappointed that the size of the label (chosen to stick on pens) does not allow you to see the drawings printed around the first name (the drawings are intended for larger labels). the quality of the label looks great, to be seen with use over the months.

The site is great, and label customization is quick and easy. However, I don't find the packs very suitable, especially the distribution of label types. I'd also like to point out that the quality has deteriorated a lot. Last year the labels were of much better quality: washing machine and tumble dryer OK. This year, they've already peeled off after one run through the washing machine.

First order I spent over £20. Order came wrong (different child's name). I understand mistakes happen but no money off or voucher. New order was sent but very long wait time by the time order eventually came second time around my children had started school so stickers were wasted.

The design of the labels is exactly what I ordered. The lead time was long (order placed on August 31st and received on September 17th) but as I'm from Switzerland I imagine that's also why. There's a lot of choice on the site and you can make lots of pretty things, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site if there are other children ??

I have no complaints about the way my request was handled by the c mon étiquette site, as everything was sent on time. Unfortunately, having chosen chronopost delivery, I still haven't received my order and chronopost doesn't know where it is... c mon étiquette has already reimbursed me the shipping costs for the 24-hour delivery that was not respected.
