The quality of the stickers themselves are very high. They remain on the items well and always last the full accademic year. However they are really hard to peel off the sheets often bending corners and edges in the process. The perforations need to be deeper to allow the sticker to be removed cleanly.

Nice labels, but the latest version means you can only put one unique logo on all the labels. And in the pack, the number of object labels has been reduced to allow the addition of thermo-heating clothing labels. A pity.

After three years of ordering from you without any problems, this year it's a disaster. I've had three orders: one with badly cut labels and two that got lost. The parcels are not tracked, so I have to wait to send them back. When I receive it, it's not the right design and I'm still waiting for one for an order placed on August 20. Back to school was a week ago and I had to order elsewhere. Very nice customer service but they can't do anything and won't even refund my order. I am very very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

I ordered labels on August 23rd for my child's return to CP. Guaranteed delivery before the start of the school year (supposedly...) to be sure of receiving them on time, we even opted for accelerated delivery. Result: labels arrived 4 days after school started! I had to rush off to find another way of labeling all her things, because it was compulsory. And last year, same problem! The bottle is nice and withstands the temperature of the liquid, I bought 3 bottles, the 3 drip a lot, if they are not standing soak the surface or bag where you carry them, so for a child bottle is something quite complicated if you want to carry it in summer in a backpack and they manage them. The 3 have been scratched immediately and one of them has lifted part of the drawing. The bottles are nice and my kids like them, they are comfortable to drink from, but in my case they leak, so they lose a lot of points.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered the stickers and I've always been very satisfied. The selection of colors and images is good and the kids are always happy with the combination. This time (07.2024), however, it is almost impossible to get the small square stickers for clothes off the sheet, which makes it bumpy to use and takes some of the fun out of it. It also took a very long time for the stickers to arrive - it was much quicker in previous years

Always used Petit-fernand for my name labels. Unfortunately this time, the quality was poor. Very pixelated the name isn't a clear print. I did request a refund or a re-print. They offered a re-print but it arrived the same poor quality.
