I received the labels. When I received them, I thought they were of good quality and well presented. Since then, they've been falling off my son's clothes one by one. They don't hold and I'm disappointed.

Hello, I find them a little less sticky than the previous ones (from two years ago). This concerns the labels for objects, not having recommended those for clothes I don't know if they are concerned.

Hello, the order did not arrive at first. It was kindly restored and dispatched free of charge. Then the 2 deliveries did arrive. I regret that it took so long for us to receive the labels (about 3-4 weeks in total). I find that the labels are difficult to remove from the packaging and are printed too close to the center of the packaging. Otherwise everything is fine, thank you! VG Audrey

Order never arrived for 2 times

The order was quickly received but the labels quickly came off too.... Not great! maybe they should be wider ...

Order placed on 30/08 and still nothing. Two shipments and two reshipments. Customer service not very responsive. Do not recommend at all.

The colors do not show all the information of the name of the label well.

The work and the workplace itself are very pleasant. The only downside is one of the managers. I don't know if the supervisors have any management training, but as an employee you get the feeling that they don't. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. I understand that a company that operates on a seasonal basis, and therefore with a fast-moving team, prefers to keep supervisors who know the work and are involved, but that can't excuse these behaviors, and in any case it can only harm the company in the long term (in my humble opinion).

I used to use another brand, but I wanted to try this one and unfortunately I'm very disappointed. After the 1st wash at 30°C, the labels were already peeling off, even though I had followed the instructions carefully...

The backpack is not suitable for toddlers. It's written for ages 3 and up, but I'm looking for a more suitable one.

Then considering the misunderstandings there were, with the failure to send the personalized bag and the name on the water bottle ruined only after one day, and the immediate resolution provided by petit Fernand I can say that I am quite satisfied with the service.

Unstuck on 1st wash when washed at 30 and on short cycle

I ordered labels, a gourd and a snack box. Two weeks after school and parts of my daughter's name are already missing (2 letters out of 4... ). The Snow Queen drawing is also missing. My 6-year-old daughter doesn't use her water bottle very much. Washing is done by hand. It would have been better to apply a protective coating to the decorative stickers. After all, they're just stickers stuck on the bottles. I really expected a higher quality product, given the purchase price. This was my first and last order with you. I wanted to change this year but I would have had to stay with your competitors.

I find it very practical, I love the different labels. The booklet system is also very well done. Honestly, everything is good and the shipping is fast too. But I find that the labels don't hold on certain garments like jeans and certain materials. I'm a bit disappointed, I have a dozen that didn't last two weeks, so I'm going to have to recommend some. It bugs me because it's for my twins who are in kindergarten, I really like the labels. Do you have a buffer system?

The products are of quality but the delivery is a problem: same delivery times (2 to 4 days) free if delivered at home but paying delivered at the post office!!!! Find the error!

Clothing labels peel off

I would have put 5 stars if it weren't for the problem with the custom water bottle. Let me explain. I purchased this custom water bottle which arrived on time. Upon opening the package, I noticed right away a bulge to one of the designs that already from the first wash (by hand and with a soft sponge) was more ruined. In a short time the other designs were also ruined. Customer service, however, was prompt and very kind and refunded me apologizing for the inconvenience since there was a problem from the beginning. Other than that the water bottle is beautiful and easy to use. Regardless I recommend the product. I put 4 stars only for this small problem but otherwise I can't complain!

This is my first order and I was pleasantly surprised; the finish is identical to what I ordered; the notebook format is very practical and delivery is very fast.
