I had to put 1 star because you can't put 0. I chose 24-hour delivery and paid almost 10 for postage, only to never receive my order. I contacted by email several times without getting an answer. I had to call customer service to find out more. They promise same-day delivery before 6pm. I received nothing. I received a refund for my order but I was left with nothing for my son's first day of school and I have to find a new solution for marking my son's things.

The stickers are fine but it takes 2 weeks to receive them if you live in the UK. If I was aware at checkout that the shipping would take so long I would not have purchased the labels. There is fine print that says shipping takes 10 business days but you have to looks for it

The shipment arrived yesterday as they were responding to me. The product looks nice and neat and lives up to expectations. Forget water bottles, 2 purchases, at different times. The surface layer flakes off after 2-3 uses, at the neck, your child ends up ingesting it and the structure of the bottle is altered. The first time they told me it had never happened, and told me to recommend one, entirely at my own expense, not even a rebate, the second time it must have been that too, never happened.... Exactly the same thing on the second use. Use which consists of placing it on a table all day long. No dishwasher, I might add.
