Paid extra for fast delivery (2-4 working days), and took 12 days. Complained for nothing. Never again

I was disappointed that I bought to different name labels they came in the same book But were for two Different family's so not the best gift I could have given Then both I had to break the book re print the instructions

I recently bought the school pack, but unfortunately I'm disappointed with the distribution of the labels. There aren't enough labels for clothes, and I only received one page of labels for shoes, which is insufficient. Conversely, there are far too many labels for objects. This unbalanced distribution has left me short of labels for essential needs. I really don't want to have to buy another 30-pack when this one isn't suitable.

I have ordered stickers from here before and they were great! However, this time the stickers I ordered are virtually impossible to unstick from the backing paper. Which means that by the time I've unstuck them they are all creased and don't stick as cleanly on the labels. I must admit I'm disappointed that the quality is not as good as previously.

Rubbish !!! Already peeling off and items only been washed once . £18 for rubbish ??

I received a poor batch of clothing stickers from this company, however once they were made aware they promptly apologised and sent me a new batch without fault. Really great customer service.

First order never received and no response from customer service... I gave myself a second chance with a second order by paying FDP for express shipping. I received my labels after 4 days. Luckily, I still received the labels for my son's first day of school. Product as created. I share....

Beautiful labels for objects and clothing. Fast shipping. I think they are a bit lower quality than a few years ago.

We were sent the wrong name labels with someone else name on. Now I know mistakes are made and this is fine but it's how a company rectifies it that counts. In order to get the new correct ones delivered in time I asked for them to be sent fast tracked, I was repeatedly ignored. As a result they were sent standard delivery and haven't turned up in time for my kids starting school. I'm very disappointed in the level of service shown

Over the customer service, the gourd arrived damaged and impossible to fill out the claim form because "temporary error" I tried several days to refile and I finally gave up.

Took a long time to arrive, i ordered them in plenty of time for school to start, 4 weeks prior to the start of school, came 2 days before and I received the wrong order!! I've got someone else's children's name stickers and I emailed the company to them just wanting me to send photos over as said a refund will be issued. No apology nothing. 2 days before school starts!! Avoid avoid avoid!!

The price-performance ratio is great. Very nice stickers that can be customized. Only 1 star deduction for the delivery. I chose express delivery and paid accordingly. Unfortunately, the stickers arrived just as late as with the standard delivery.

The stickers are beautiful. The delivery time takes forever.........also if you order then allow plenty of time.

Found these quite difficult to get off the backing without damaging the edges. They do work well though.

Unfortunately, the labels don't stick really well. Within a week they started to peel off the pens.

Good quality I bought a back-to-school kit A lot of labels A little downside: I wanted to share them between my two children because it costs money and we were only able to have a different first name on the iron-on labels, which is a shame, hence the missing star. I think that at this price we could have a little more "freedom" to choose different first names. Otherwise top and very pretty, to be seen in use.

Top-of-the-line self-adhesive label for back-to-school pencils and such! I didn't recommend a label for clothes because some of last year's labels came off...

Order placed on August 27 for guaranteed delivery by September 2. The order was never shipped, no information on a possible delay... So I cancelled the order and went to see the competition.

Good evening, I've been a C-monétiquette customer for years and so far I've been satisfied with both the quality and the service (although last year, delivery of my back-to-school order took a very long time and the labels arrived well after the start of the school year (Belgian); but ok, not a tragedy). This year, I went ahead and had them delivered on time, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the labels: very, very difficult to peel off, almost impossible to do without damaging/creasing a corner of the label, it's as if they were almost or even not pre-cut? I ordered a lot of them this time, in different sizes and for two children, and I'm very disappointed to end up with a large batch so far below the quality I was used to from C-monétiquette... Incidentally, I'm also a little surprised to find, in my order, labels for different children grouped together in the same booklet, not very practical, but not dramatic (unlike the quality of the cut).

The stickers from my order have not arrived. After a complaint was made, the sticker set was to be sent again. Nothing has arrived to date (not even the 2nd delivery)! The school enrollment is long over (it was supposed to be a gift).

I ordered a personalized water bottle 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately for our little girl, the gourd leaks through the lid. It's a shame because it's beautiful and keeps the water fresh.

Very pretty bottles BUT after 5 days of use, my daughter's name comes off. I say "comes off" because it's a sticker. What's more, the color of the bottles is already fading. My daughters are very careful. I'm going to send a message to the after-sales service and hope to be reimbursed. I don't agree with paying so much for them to be damaged 5 days later.

Aesthetically beautiful but unfortunately carrying it around with the eventuality that you might spill it leaks water.

Overall, the product is satisfactory, but delivery times are too long.

Hello, I'm usually very satisfied, I order some every year, but this year they don't hold at all, they come off the pencils and markers. I had to put Scotch tape on each pencil and felt-tip pen to make them stick. Bof bof. I'll try somewhere else next year.

The labels arrived very quickly. Despite a name mistake on the label, the error was quickly rectified and I received the correct order in time for back-to-school!

Very good and practical product. It's a pity that there was a name inversion in the notebooks...

The labels and gourd I ordered are of very good quality! (However, the delivery time announced for 1 to 3 days was not respected at all! Ordered on August 13 and received on August 21).

The labels are fun and easy to put together, and children can choose and create their own labels. Delivery is fast and accurate.

I was disappointed as half of the labels came off the clothes when they were washed, even though I waited for the required time before washing.

2nd time I ordered. 3/4 of the order was missing. A quick email to customer service and my order arrived 3 days later. The quality is always there.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the stickers this year. They are ripping very easily when taking them off the sheets and almost separating. I doubt they last like previous years have.

I would like to return to sending the products by mail with a minimum purchase, as it was before. Now with a carrier you have a high minimum purchase and for it to be free it has to be at a pickup point.

Chose this company from Facebook advertising. Ordered easily from website. Delay in dispatch and delivery due to the time of year, so obviously came later than l would have ideally liked. Labels ok but don't think l would order from this site again will stick with my usual supplier.
