Every year I order self-adhesive labels to put on school supplies. I'm delighted with them and the price is reasonable.

Labels not received, but following my call I had the refund. however I had to manage to note the first name and surname of my son on all his belongings before his summer camp.

The stickers were delivered quickly and neatly. The quantity is very good and so is the adhesive strength.

Easy to use ordering system. I have used petit ferdenand a few times and the quality of their stickers are second to none. Can wash the garments numerous times and they don't come up off but easily removed in the same instance with no sticky residue or marking to the clothes themselves.

Unfortunately, I can't share the experience of fast delivery that I had a day ago. I ordered on 02.08. and to date no order has arrived. What a pity.

I have not received my order and they send me a message that it has arrived and it should have arrived from the 26th to the 31st and nothing at all.

UPDATE: 14.8.23 Customer service has contacted me. I have asked for my delivery to be sent to me by express, as I can't wait another 14 for an order. Unfortunately, my request could not be granted! I now have my money back. But I am disappointed. I would have preferred the goods as they are really great. A real shame! And of course it's very easy to blame everything on the German postal service. Perhaps the French postal service also makes mistakes ;-) It's impossible to trace where the error lies, as the parcel is sent without tracking. I ordered on 31.7. According to the system, my order should arrive on 5.8. However, it also said that it could take up to 10 working days. I wonder how that can be? So I haven't received an order to date and have already contacted customer service after the 10 working days have expired. I received a standardized email. I contacted customer service again today. I will definitely use a different provider next time! School has been in session for a week and the teacher is causing me stress. You really don't need something like that.

I have been buying from them for about 4 years now and the quality is always very good. The only advice I can give is to change or add some graphics because for kindergarten children they are perfect but primary children start to have other demands and those patterns turn out to be "a little ds small". Otherwise,nothing to say. The prices are not low but the quality is very good and worth it all.

It's very pretty, there are lots of possibilities and choices, color decorations and decors. It fits very well and delivery is fast.

My daughter is now 8 years old and since she started kindergarten we've been ordering here. Self-adhesive or iron-on labels, I'm delighted with the result. Holds up very well despite repeated washing.
