They peel off very quickly for my taste if you put it on clothes that are not washed very well, but if you stick it on clothes that need to be washed a lot, it will peel off in no time.

Nice selection of labels and simple design and the delivery time was as promised. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels do not stick to the clothes despite following the instructions exactly. They peel off after the first wash and the corners are already coming loose again on unworn clothes. I hope that at least the labels for the shoes hold as promised.

We are sorry to hear that your labels are peeling off - of course this should not happen! Are you sure you have followed all the instructions for use? https://www.esistmeins.de/etiketten-kleben-aufbuegeln Set the iron to 200°C (cotton/linen setting, no steam) and wait a few minutes before using it. Ironing labels are applied directly to the garment. Caution: avoid elastic areas and seams. If all the instructions for use have been followed and the problem persists, please send us photos of the labels that are not sticking and of the item to which you want to apply the labels. We will then be able to better understand the problem and help you further.

Order never received after a week I sent an e-mail to customer service. They replied with a standard e-mail telling me to wait 6 working days, which was already the case, even though I had given them my order number and the date. So 3 complaint emails and no reply, but I was charged the same day. I won't be recommending them again because of the lack of communication in the event of a problem. I lost 12 and have to buy labels for the new school year. I hesitated with the "à qui s" site and should have ordered from them.

It is the first time I buy online and I do not have a tracking of the order.on the web it says that my order is finalized since July 25. Last year I bought them in another online store and it didn't even take them two days. Why do they advertise something that is not true at all? I have been ordering from this site for several years and I am very happy with it. Not only because the labels, unlike others ordered on other sites, do not come off and stay in the clothes and objects firmly, but also because of the seriousness with which everything is handled. Friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism and seriousness are their prerogative. The labels have crazy quality and although, perhaps, there are cheaper ones, it is not worth changing because these are light years superior in quality from the others! Order here and you will not regret it
