Very disappointed by this site. I am still waiting for my order placed a month ago. Customer service is non-existent (does not answer email or phone). I can't recommend this site.

Hello, this is the third time I have bought from "It's Mine". Every year my two children can choose new stickers. The selection of motifs and stickers is very large and every child's wish can be fulfilled. As a mom, I am absolutely delighted with the quality. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. TOP. The ordering process is simple and shipping is also very fast. I always pay with PP, which also always works without any problems. This time I also ordered the wooden tags. I personally found them very nice, with a picture on the front and a text of my choice on the back. At first glance, the workmanship looks great, but I can't say any more about it yet, so I can't comment on the price-performance ratio. The written customer contact was also very polite and helpful, I am a big fan and will certainly order a few more times.

Lovely, long-lasting labels! Highly recommend!

Since my son has been at nursery, we have been labeling his things and objects with the labels from EsIstMeins. The labels are of wonderful quality, they withstand every wash and you can design them so lovingly and individually. In the meantime, we have also moved in with items such as drinking bottles and cups that are already printed with names. These products are also of impeccable quality and the motifs/themes that can be used to design them are child-friendly and very tasteful! Even depending on the season, there are themes to design, there are always surprises and new things to discover on the site. When the labels are delivered, you get a small selection of the current season's theme! My son also has a lot of fun with this. When the first small problem arose - the order was apparently not delivered by the post office - I received a friendly reply from the EsIstMeins team very quickly. The problem was solved immediately and without complications! So, we are completely satisfied and happy!

Excellent quality and arrived in good time. It's been invaluable being able to label all of my daughter's thing and the nursery comment all the time on how impressed they are.

It has taken more than 10 days for the order to arrive. Unacceptable !

Labels did not arrive as quickly as expected or as stated on the homepage, but when asked when the labels would arrive, I received a reply very quickly with the offer that a solution would be sought if they were not received within the next 4 days. Shipment then arrived after 1 day. Labels are very, very nice!

Still no labels received after more than a month of waiting. On the other hand, the promotional e-mails arrive every week...

....order made on July 8, sent email for information about it on July 16, today July 20 not even a response. If the package is late no problem it can happen, but in front of a delay I expect in the first place that they warn me and at least respond to email, now I do not know if it will ever arrive. I hope they don't take the time to respond on truspilot and not to my email. Update: after the review the email response also arrived, and the envelope a few days later. I repeat myself, delay can happen however the email response should be faster.

The labels are thick and peel off small objects, unlike those ordered from a competitor.

Love the stick on labels, I have used Petit Ferdinand for the last 5 years for both my children as their labels are fun and tailored but also do not wash off or come off bottles etc. Highly recommend

Super labels, there are a good number of them and everything is specified labels for objects, clothing or shoes and self-adhesive, iron-on...

I had a problem with my order, my fault of course, but no arrangement was found to solve the problem, and I find that a pity, except to make another order, with a discount when I just wanted 2 sheets to rectify, and I was ready to pay them, but not the full 180 labels.

Fast delivery, labels that fit, attractive price. I evaluated the competition and these are the ones I prefer, for my children, but also for me (for work). We love the designs and colors!

Excellent product. First experience with thermoadhesive labels, then adhesive. Prefer the latter because they are faster to use
