Very disappointed with the service! I order every year, and this year it was anarchy in sending my order I was soon told that my bank account was not funded when it was not at all! What's more, I had a promotional code that wasn't taken into account, as I had to repeat my code 4 times and validate it 4 times! As a result, the parcel was delayed! In short, I wonder if in September I wouldn't order from another site! I have to say that the quality of the labels is unchanged, they're as beautiful, high quality and resistant as ever!

The nominettes don't hold up as well as the 1st ones I bought, after 3 washes they're already peeling off, whereas the 1st ones still hold up perfectly well.

These name labels are fantastic and fabulous! I love how easy they are to apply and how long lasting there stick is. The patterns are fun and my daughter loves picking out the ones she loves and the combination. Delivery is fast and efficient and have been a repeat customer many times now and will most definitely be using them again and again.

I've been ordering from the site for several years now because I know that the products are generally of good quality, but I was a little disappointed with the last order, not in terms of the aesthetics of the labels but in terms of their quality and durability. In fact, some self-adhesive and iron-on clothing labels have already come off, either with the first machine wash or for no particular reason. Normally, labels last much longer on clothes, or even don't come off at all! I have clothes that are a few years old and the labels are still in place! It's a bit of a shame to have to re-glue everything! But the packs are complete and the fact that you can have several pieces of information on the labels is really an advantage compared to other sites of the same kind. Sincerely A loyal customer

Gourds very good but the plastic caps are very fragile. We are very disappointed with the quality of the caps. We had chosen this solution out of concern for the environment, and now we find ourselves ordering lots of plastic caps.

Labels as ordered, my daughter is delighted!

These are by far the best name labels I have used. I have tried so many different types for my children's school clothing and items but these are the only ones that actually stay on dispite washing, ironing and general use. I always purchase these labels now for everything from uniform, bottle, lunch box, shoes, bags and many more items. Very pleased with them.
