Very good product. As a constuctive criticism, the order should be packed with some waterproof product. This is the second order I have placed and it arrived home wet from the rain, it is a pity to receive it wet.

So far I have bought labels for clothing and have been very comfortable with them. The latest ones, bought for pencils, on the other hand, I found to be not very durable. They do not adhere well to the edges and come off easily.

I always use the self adhesive clothing stickers for my two boys' nursery bag items. They're so easy to apply, last through washing and tumble drying, and are super cute with the little graphics and bright colours. Delivery time has always been reasonable without too much fussy packaging.

I ordered 2 personalized bottles and after 2 days of use, my son's bottle cracked at the plastic cap and the cap came off. I contacted the after-sales service to ask them to suggest a solution and have had no response to date... this experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I won't be ordering from them again and won't be recommending them.
