Unfortunately, my assessment can only be negative. It has been 15 days since the order, which was given for delivery after 3 days at the time of purchase, and I still have not received the goods. I cannot express an opinion on the goodness of the product but I think that for a company customer care is also very important. Despite asking where my package is the only response I received from customer service was an automated email saying that they entrust shipping to the post office and have no record of it. I hope to receive what I ordered...sooner or later

Love this place. Can design your own labels so easily, great price, fast delivery. Arrives in a neat little book and some extra little stickers for my little one to play with too. The labels last a long time, easy to apply with great instructions. Have always lasted every wash, still completely in tact.

It is abnormal for them to come off if the instructions were followed correctly. https://www.petit-fernand.it/applicare-etichetta-termoadesiva-adesiva For thermoadhesive labels: You will need to program your iron to 200°C (cotton/linen position, no steam) and wait a few minutes before using it. Labels are applied directly to the fabric. Warning: avoid stretchy areas and seams. Great labels Great value for money in my opinion! Hold even after washing in the dishwasher. Delivery takes about a week because it comes from France, but went smoothly. Very fast and reliable customer service.
