I made a complaint because Chronopost indicated that they had delivered the package and I had nothing in the mailbox. You immediately reshipped an order by colissimo that I received well. Several days after receiving this reshipped order, a neighbor (3 houses away) who was returning from vacation brought me the labels that the Chronopost delivery person (1st shipment) had left in her mailbox (31 instead of 35 even though the address was correctly written on your envelope and our numbers were clearly indicated on our mailboxes). Bravo for your responsiveness and your sense of customer service. And disappointment with Chronopost whose delivery person clearly does not know how to follow an address.
