2 orders placed for my 2 daughters, labels for one of my daughters ended up in the middle of the 2nd daughter's notebook. One page just lay in the notebook without being stapled. And all the pages were staggered in the 2 notebooks (shorter sheets under longer ones). For the price of the booklet, I find that the service provided is not qualitative. Customer service was unable to offer a commercial gesture without my asking, and the first response to my complaint was "we'll do better next time". Too bad. There won't be a next time, I'll order elsewhere.

I ordered the stickers for my son 3 years ago and have been delighted ever since. Everything sticks firmly, the colors don't fade and we haven't even lost a pencil :). That's why my daughter got a set of stickers in her school bag when she started school! Thumbs up !!!

Amazing quality iron on personalised name labels! I will never use any other company! I used them last year and they stayed on the whole time I had the clothes! So definitely had to order more for this school year! The price is so affordable and my daughter absolutely loves choosing her own labels! So easy to apply and super fast delivery. I promise you will not be disappointed! Would 1000% recommend!

I have been buying the adhesive labels for objects and clothing for many years. They are the best, they don't peel off and the clothes ones don't fall off no matter how much you wash them. The print fits, but unfortunately the stickers are not really well punched out, so I have to remove every single sticker (!) from the foil again with nail scissors, otherwise you can't get them off at all. This is really tedious and tests my patience to the limit.

Order of August 16 still not received (we are on 4/09), it was suggested to me on 30/08 to reorder because it was too complicated to launch a tracking procedure with Chronopost. I accepted and asked for free delivery charges for an express order (for back-to-school week). The code received was invalid, and it took 5 days to get an answer after my complaint e-mail. Too late, I ordered on your competitor's site. Order received today, unbeatable. I am very disappointed by C-monetiquette, it was my last order with you.
