Labels are delivered after the children have left on their trip. The time announced on the site is 2 to 4 days. delivered after 10 days . Interchanged with the company and pretended not to understand... even though a 15% discount had been granted.

The site is very well designed for creating your own label. There isn't an astronomical quantity of choice, which is perfect for making up your mind quickly and still leaving plenty of room for satisfaction. The labels come in a little booklet and there's a free sticker sheet that's just too cute. Fast shipping.

I have ordered several times and it has always arrived correctly, this time the order has not arrived, they have sent it to me again and it has not arrived either, they have told me they will refund my money, I thought they were going to be interested because the package would arrive, I do not understand why they do not send a package with tracking.

I've bought these name stickers since my children started nursery & needed name labels they are great! The occasional one will come off in the washing machine but it's very quickly replaced. One very happy repeat customer for the last 7 years!

I usually rely on this shop for printed labels for my kids' clothes. I recently ordered a bunch of new labels, but they weren't delivered within the specified time frame. However, the shop sent me a new batch completely free, and it was delivered within just a few days (delivered 2 days before the ones I originally ordered). The team was super helpful and friendly. I've ordered a few times from here and it has been brilliant. This time, my order didn't arrive. That was ok, these things can happen. Emailed- no response. Emailed again - no response. Found they were on Instagram, messaged them - no response. About a week later I got a response on Instagram. They told me I had to email. I'd already done that. Told them I will be going through PayPal to get a refund because their customer service was so bad. They told me I couldn't receive a refund without giving them my order number. I reclaimed my money through PayPal with no problem. A few days later I received an email back, apologising for what had happened and they would send a replacement for free. I am still waiting to see if this arrives. It has been 6 days and they do say up to 10 days. A real shame as in the past, I have recommended this company. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new website to purchase the same item in the future. It's been 4 weeks now from my first initial purchase. From looking at the reviews on here, It seems it is happening alot.

So easy to design and place order, can personalise image, colour, font and name. Perfect addition to school items and can personalise the image depending on the childs hobbies. The delivery is fast and efficient, its also nice how the booklets contain a sticker sheet which is relevant to the current season (ie Spring/Summer). Lovely stick on labels that last without the hassle of sewing/ironing on.

I am very satisfied with the labels. However, when I placed my order, the site wouldn't load and I had to refresh the page. Thinking that the payment wouldn't be taken into account because my bank hadn't asked me for authorization to validate the transaction, I repeated the order later. The order appeared in my "C-monetiquette" account, but I received two order acknowledgements by e-mail. In fact, the site validated my two orders even though I hadn't authorized payment via my bank application. I ended up with twice the number of labels I had originally ordered, and it's impossible to cancel an order on this site. The products are fine, but the site needs to be updated regarding payment.

Although the order said it had been delivered, it did not arrive and I had to write to them to have it sent again. They quickly took care of the second order. They answer emails as soon as you write to them.

Easy to order, lots of choice

Very disappointed with the quality. I ordered the iron-on labels and after the first wash they all came off, even though I followed the instructions for applying them. I had already ordered some a few years ago and the quality was much better!

Perfect as usual, I've been ordering for 3 years and I've never been disappointed.

This is the second time I've ordered labels and I'm very satisfied. This time I also ordered a personalized isothermal gourd. My daughter is delighted. We'll have to see how long it lasts.
