Very bad experience: more than a week's delay in producing the labels, no warning message about the extended lead times, barely sincere apologies, no spontaneous commercial gesture. Between amateurism, flippancy and incompetence, I don't know what best qualifies them to be avoided.

Ordered the labels in late August did not arrive (school started), then after several emails I contact customer service who says we'll send them back but those haven't shown up yet either... The order is in my Wife's name.... Update 02/11 on third attempt made after call the labels arrived.

super attentive, very good quality and helpful. in mid-August I ordered some labels for my son, but almost 3 weeks passed and they did not arrive, I contacted this company and they sent me new ones that arrived just 10 days later, and my surprise was that the two envelopes of labels arrived!!! I called them to tell them that the two envelopes had arrived and to charge me for them but they gave them to me as a gift. It wasn't my first time buying but it won't be my last either as they are super practical labels and very easy to apply.

Very bad labels, sticks ok on things like bottles but labels on clothes have all come off in the washing machine. Do not recommend especially for uniform. Also delivery takes about 3 weeks not the estimates 10 working days

Make sure you are using uniform/clothing labels on clothing, and not object labels, as per ordered, as the glue isn't the same and won't hold as well on clothes. The stickers were very good, they met my expectations, but the shipping service was pretty bad. I paid for fast shipping in 48 hours and the stickers arrived 8 days later (when they arrived I didn't even need them...) it's better to take the normal shipping even if they take a month to arrive.
