But I wrote to customer service to say that I have not received the order I placed on 11/07 I receive a satisfaction survey with this message: Merci encore de nous avoir contactés! N'hésitez pas à nous donner votre avis ci-dessous. That is to say that it is either an automatic message and no one reads the messages or they have very bad customer service. On 07/13 I received the last message from petit fernand saying that my order had been shipped. When tracking it says order delivered, but it never arrived to my mailbox or to my door.
